A big storm finally hit the Northwest. 8-plus feet of snow at elevation but 3-plus inches of rain mixed in during and after the week long storm. This short edit is from Late January, riding two different days with two different crews at Meadows. The conditions and crowds were both hectic. Driving winds kept the lifts running at half speed all day Saturday. We stayed off the beaten path and hit mini features in the woods as the new snow coated the ice crust atop our new 100 inch base.
